Hlucky investment company was started in and registred under the ministry….. with an aim of changing the lives of the many young people,providing sollutions to the enormous challenges and problems and  a final goal of eradicating poverty.

Hlucky was founded by who is now the Director, MR Hamis H. Jumanne who was bornin Dodoma Tanzania.

After realizing the challenge of the failure for many people to realize and utilize the opportunities ahead of them, he resorted to starting up a food value addition plant where his first attempt was on production of drinks. This comprised of production of soft drinks with using the available raw materials such as Ginger(zingiber officinale)Hibiscuss(rosella),lemon tean,Cinamon.However,the soft drink business did not do well as anticipated,He(Mr Hamis) then embarked on Wine processing and marketing as the major project.

Start wasn’t easy, as all procedures including production and packaging were carried out in one single room with the little he managed to get from his savings.

With time, Hlucky Investment Company has a remarkable step towards its development as it now operates under a well-structured processing plant containing an office, processing room and packaging with a remarkable number of staff.

Challenges’ being part and partial of a business and enterprise, Hlucky Investment Company has at times faced some but with the outstanding and zealous team and management, it has formulated a strategic plan to conquer most of them accordingly.

Hlucky Investment Company, being a private enterprise also collaborates with other stake holders both government and non-government in terms of policy implementation, and carrier advice which has helped it grow from time to time. Farmers as part of the private sector have also benefit from the investment by getting extensional knowledge about food value addition and also market for some of the raw materials used at the processing plant.
